Changes are being made to the Real-Time Reserve Prices Based on ORDC for 15-Minute Settlement Interval (EMIL ID NP6-324-CD, Report Type ID 13220).  A second date and timestamp is being added to the file name to correspond to the delivery date, delivery hour and delivery interval as contained within the report. In addition, an updated XSD has been posted that includes column changes for this report, where the BatchID and DeliveryTime columns and a space in the DSTFlag column header have been removed.

With this implementation, the following changes will be made to Dashboards and Displays on ERCOT.com, MIS and ERCOT’s Energy Saver app to reflect price adder and related disclaimer information.

·         LMP Contour  Map

 

-      The Real-Time LMP contour map will display the Real-Time Online (RTORPA) and Offline (RTOFFPA) price adders (updated every five minutes) along with the disclaimer: “LMP values do not include Real-Time price adders.”

 

-      The Real-Time SPP contour map will display the disclaimer: “SPP values include the 15 minute Online Reserve Price.”

 

·         Real-Time LMPs for Latest SCED Run Display

The  Real-Time Online (RTORPA) and Offline (RTOFFPA) price adders (updated every five minutes) will appear on the display along with the disclaimer: “LMP values do not include Real-Time price adders.” Two new columns are being added to the table:

-      RTORPA + LMP provides the Real-Time Online Reserve Price Adder plus the LMP price.
