SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update to 2016.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq4 CRR Network Model to reflect Resource retirements

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has posted an updated Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Network Model for the 2016.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq4 CRR Auction to reflect the retirement of the following Resources, with a proposed effective date of August 7, 2014.

· KUNITZ_WIND_LGE

· KUNITZ_WIND_NWP

These Resources are both located at the KUNI_LGE_NWP Resource Node Settlement Point. Only the “Sources and Sinks” file in the model was updated to make the Settlement Point non-biddable for this auction. It is expected that the KUNI_LGE_NWP Resource Node Settlement Point will be modelled as non-biddable for all future CRR Auctions beyond January 1, 2016. The updated model is available through the CRR application and on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.
