LONG DESCRIPTION: On May 1, 2014, ERCOT implemented Commercial Operations Market Guide Revision Request (COPMGRR) 036, Alignment with NPRR570, Reduce RTM Settlement Timeline to Operating Day Plus Five, in
conjunction with Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 570, Reduce RTM Settlement Timeline to Operating Day Plus Five. This change was approved by the ERCOT Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on December 3, 2013. The following Sections were updated:

8.2.3.1, Real-Time Market Statements
COPMGRR036 aligns the Commercial Operations Market Guide with the Protocols as revised by NPRR570, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on November 19, 2013. COPMGRR036 outlines a phased approach to change the posting date for the Real-Time
Market (RTM) Initial Settlement Statement from seven days after the Operating Day to five days after the Operating Day and changes the posting date of the Final Settlement Statement from the 57th day after the Operating Day to the 55th
day after the Operating Day.
