LONG DESCRIPTION:  Drafts of the Resource Interconnection Handbook and New Generation Commissioning Checklist are posted to ERCOT.com on the July 29, 2014 QMWG meeting page.

ERCOT invites stakeholders to review and provide comments to the draft version of the Resource Interconnection Handbook and New Generation Commissioning Checklist provided as Appendix A of the handbook.  ERCOT will consider comments received by July 25, 2014 before posting the next version.
