LONG DESCRIPTION: On August 1, 2014, ERCOT will implement the ERCOT Business Practice, Manual Deployment and Recall of Responsive Reserve Service during Scarcity Conditions, which was approved by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on June 26, 2014.

The ERCOT Business Practice, Manual Deployment and Recall of Responsive Reserve Service during Scarcity Conditions, clarifies the manual deployment of Responsive Reserve (RRS) Service (release of High Ancillary Service Limit (HASL)) during scarcity conditions.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: The ERCOT Business Practice, Manual Deployment and Recall of Responsive Reserve Service during Scarcity Conditions, will be posted on the ERCOT website on August 1, 2014.
