SHORT DESCRIPTION:  MarkeTrak GUI is now available and Change to ERCOT Public IP Address

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  LSEs and TDSPs                     

DAY AFFECTED:  August 13, 2014

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The MarkeTrak GUI is now available.  Restoration was complete at approximately 10:00 a.m.

Root cause is server hardware failure.

ACTION REQUIRED: ERCOT has changed the public IP address of the MarkeTrak GUI.  This change could impact market participants’ ability to access the GUI.  The URL has not changed and the MarkeTrak API was not affected.

Former Public IP: 66.128.16.157

Root cause is currently under investigation.

MarkeTrak API is not affected.
