The initial list of affected circuits was provided as an attachment with Market Notice W-B052914-01 below that was sent on May 29, 2014. Based on the comments received, ERCOT has revised the list of affected circuits. The revised list is attached to this Market Notice. ACTION REQUIRED: Each NERC-registered Transmission Owner, Generator Owner, or Distribution Provider should review the attached list of circuits to determine whether it must comply with Requirements R1 through R5 of NERC Standard PRC-023-2.
