SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Duplication of Outage Scheduler Reports

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  October 17, 2014

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The first phase of System Change Request (SCR) 744 was implemented October 16, 2014, which provides the publication of a new report, NP3-157-CD, Consolidated Transmission Outage report (Report Type ID 13446) to the Market Information System (MIS).  

The original hourly transmission outage reports remained active and posted throughout the day October 17, 2014, which resulted in duplicate data being provided to the market. The following original hourly transmission outage reports will be halted as of 00:00 October 18, 2014.
