SHORT DESCRIPTION: Partial Implementation of SCR774, Enhancement to Outage Scheduler Reports

LONG DESCRIPTION: SCR774, Enhancement to Outage Scheduler Reports, was approved by the ERCOT Board on February 11, 2014. The SCR774 will be implemented in two phases.
The first phase, being implemented October 16, 2014, will provide one hourly report for transmission outages instead of the four reports that are currently produced.
NP3-157-CD, Consolidated Transmission Outage report (Report Type ID 13446) will be located in MIS on the Grid – Transmission page in the Transmission Outages portlet. The Consolidated report will contain data
for the following reports; therefore, the existing reports will no longer post upon implementation of the Consolidated Transmission Outages report.
