SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Requirements workshop for Outage Scheduler enhancements and changes related to SCRs 782, 783, and 784

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT will host a requirements workshop for the Outage Scheduler Project as a follow-up to the October 9, 2014 PRS discussion of SCRs 782, 783 and 784.   The objective of this workshop is to review the development cost estimates and identify potential savings and efficiencies from the Impact Analyses presented at the October PRS meeting. 

Agenda:

· Recap of the Impact Assessments costs for SCRs 782, 783 and 784

· Cost discussion

· Breakdown of the costs

o Discussion on efficiencies gained by a combined implementation of the three SCRs

o Detailed discussion of the TSP requirements for notifications

· Next Steps and Action items
