SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation details of PGRR033

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  January 1, 2015

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On January 1, 2015, ERCOT will unbox language related to Planning Guide Revision Request (PGRR) 033, Dynamics Flat Start Cases Preparation, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on February 11, 2014. 

PGRR033 adds the requirement to the Planning Guide for ERCOT to prepare all flat start simulations.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Planning Guide Section 1.2.6, Planning Guide Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation of  PGRR. 

PGRR033 and associated documents can be found on the ERCOT website.
