SHORT DESCRIPTION:  2012 Vintage Renewable Energy Credits (RECs) and Compliance Premiums (CPs) to expire

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  March 31, 2015

LONG DESCRIPTION:   After March 31, 2015, all RECs and CPs created in 2012 are scheduled to expire and will no longer be usable. These RECs and CPs may not be banked and carried over to future years. However, you may retire these RECs and CPs on a voluntary basis or to satisfy your 2014 mandate. The RECs and CPs will be available for you to retire until midnight March 31, 2015.

At midnight on March 31, 2015, these RECs and CPs will cease to exist.
