SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT Wide Area Network Access
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs)
DAY AFFECTED:  January 9, 2015 approximately 10:14 to 11:03
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced Wide Area Network (WAN) connectivity issues this morning which may have prevented access for QSEs performing market submissions or receiving notifications.  Some QSEs  may have been notified that they were moved to the slow listener queue.
At this time, all services have been restored and any QSEs moved to the slow listener queue have been placed back into the normal listener queue.
