SHORT DESCRIPTION:  MIS Find ESIID experiencing longer than normal response times, brief outage of Other Services listed below

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  April 28, 2015

DESCRIPTION:   Beginning at approximately 09:59, Market Information System (MIS) Find ESIID functionality became degraded, and was taking longer than normal to return results.  The issue was identified and corrected by approximately 10:10, and Find ESIID performance restored.

A separate, unrelated issue requires the restart of some database services, and will impact the following starting at 11:45 for up to 30 minutes.
