SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update: Sign up deadline changed for ad hoc testing for Flight 0615 and Flight 1015

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Competitive Retailers (CRs) and Transmission Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs)

LONG DESCRIPTION: The sign up deadline for ad hoc testing has been changed for Flight 0615 and Flight 1015 per RMS approval.  Please visit the Retail Testing website for the updated flight schedules.  Participation in Ad Hoc Testing is limited to existing Market Participants (CRs and TDSPs) testing additional business functionality, changing service providers, changing banking information, or adding another entity to their business umbrella.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Reminder: The next round of Retail Market Qualification Testing (Flight 0615) is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 26, 2015, with a registration deadline of Wednesday, May 20, 2015

INTENDED AUDIENCE: Existing and potential new Competitive Retailers (CRs) and Transmission Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs)

DAY AFFECTED:  May 20, 2015 and May 26, 2015

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT and the Texas Standard Electronic Transaction (Texas SET) Working Group would like to announce that preparations are underway for the next round of Retail Market Qualification Testing, Flight 0615. Flight 0615 will test for TX SET Version 4.0 and it is scheduled to begin on Tuesday, May 26, 2015.   

Testing is required for new Market Participants (CRs and TDSPs) entering the Texas Retail Market, as well as for existing Market Participants entering new service territories, testing additional business functionality, changing service providers, changing banking information, or adding another entity to their business umbrella.

The deadline to register for participating in Flight 0615 - Retail Market Testing is Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 1700 CPT.

The Testing Worksheets (TWs) on the Retail Testing Website are open for registration.  Market Participants participating in Flight 0615 must create or update their existing TW prior to the Flight deadline.  As changes to TW contacts occur, Market Participants should update their TW to include the most current contact information.

ACTION REQUIRED: Existing CRs and TDSPs participating in Flight 0615 will need to complete the following requirements before the Flight deadline, Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 1700 CPT:

· Notify ERCOT of intent to test via email

o This notification must include company legal name, company DUNS, and what the entity will be testing

o This e-mail must be sent directly from the Authorized Representative

o Please send this e-mail to [log in to unmask]

o Submit an UPDATED Testing Worksheet (TW) found on https://etod.ercot.com

New CRs and TDSPs participating in Flight 0615 will need to complete the following requirements before the Flight deadline, Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 1700 CPT:

· Apply for and receive a DUNS number on the D&B website.  

· Notify ERCOT of intent to test via email

o This notification must include company legal name, company DUNS number, and what the entity will be testing

o This e-mail must be sent from the Authorized Representative designated on the LSE application. 

o Please send this e-mail to [log in to unmask]

· Apply for REP certification with the Public Utility Commission of Texas. 

o The potential CR must have filed for PUCT certification and received a PUCT docket number before the Flight deadline.  Please forward this docket number to [log in to unmask]

· Submit  a completed LSE Application, found on the Load Serving Entities page of ERCOT.com

o Under Key Documents, Select Load Service Entity Application for Registration

o Please note that proper company registration must be on file at the Texas Secretary of State office in order for your ERCOT LSE application to be accepted (http://www.sos.state.tx.us). 

· Submit the $500 ERCOT LSE Application Fee with the LSE Application

· Complete and submit a new Testing Worksheet (TW) found on http://etod.ercot.com

Available documents for Texas SET Version 4.0 are available on ERCOT.com. 

New CRs participating in Flight 0615 are requested to have their banking information established prior to the Flight deadline, Wednesday, May 20, 2015 at 1700 CPT.
