SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Updated Implementation Details for Final Implementation of SCR774, Enhancement to Outage Scheduler Reports, and NPRR643, Clarification of MIS Postings for Outages Upon Implementation of SCR774, Enhancement to Outage Scheduler and Reports
DAY AFFECTED:  June 25, 2015
LONG DESCRIPTION:  System Change Request (SCR) 774, Enhancement to Outage Scheduler Reports, was approved by the ERCOT Board on February 11, 2014. Phase 1 was implemented in October 2014 with the NP3-157_CD, Consolidated Transmission Outage Report (Report Type ID 13446).
Phase 2 of the implementation of SCR774 is scheduled as part of ERCOT's Release 3 schedule on June 25.
The Phase 2 changes include:

*         Adding the Cancelled Status to NP3-157-CD, Consolidated Transmission Outage Report, along with two new columns for Reason for Cancellation and Cancellation Date

*         Providing a new daily report, NP3-158-ER, Daily Transmission Outage Comments Report, which will provide all Outage Notes entered after 6/1/2015.
Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 643 was approved by the ERCOT Board on October 14, 2014, and provided clarification as to how ERCOT will process Market Information System (MIS) postings concerning Outages upon implementation of SCR774.  NPRR643 will be implemented in conjunction with Phase 2 of SCR774.
