SHORT DESCRIPTION:  MIS Services Unavailable or Experiencing Slow Performance
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs, TDSPs, and Resource Entities
DAY AFFECTED:  June 25, 2015
DESCRIPTION:   Between approximately 2:45 PM and 4:45 PM on June 25, 2015, the following services accessible via ERCOT's Market Information System (MIS) were either unavailable or experienced slow performance:

  *   Find Transaction
  *   Find ESIID
  *   Market Data Transparency (MDT) Web Services
  *   Extract Subscriber
  *   Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)

The issue was identified and corrected, and all services have been restored to normal operation.
