SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Implementation Details of NPRR657 and NOGRR138

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  September 25, 2015

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On September 25, 2015, Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 657, Discontinue Backup Control Plan Submittal Results, Dispatch Instructions Compliance Metrics, and Backup Control Plan Test Dates and Results Summary Reports, and Nodal Operating Guide Revision Request (NOGRR) 138, Delete Grey Box for Reporting of Back-up Control Plan Submittal, will be implemented.  NPRR657 was approved by the ERCOT Board on April 14, 2015. NOGRR138 was approved by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on April 23, 2015.

The posting of the Dispatch Instructions Compliance Metrics, ERCOT Market Information List (EMIL) ID, NP8-510-M on the MIS Reports Compliance page, Compliance Reports - QSE portlet will be discontinued upon implementation.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Nodal Protocol Section 21.6, Nodal Protocol Revision Implementation, and Nodal Operating Guide Section 1.3, Nodal Operating Guide Revision Implementation, ERCOT is required to provide notice as soon as practicable, but no later than ten days prior to implementation.
