DAY AFFECTED:  October 22, 2015

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The following system changes mentioned in a previous market notice (W-B092215-01) will NOT be implemented as scheduled and are postponed until further notice.  A new market notice will be provided before implementation of these changes.

·         NPRR588, Clarifications for PV Generation Resources which was approved by the ERCOT Board on June 10, 2014;

·         NPRR 615, PVGR Forecasting which was approved by the ERCOT Board on August 12, 2014;

·         NPRR 699, Energy Offer Curve Caps for Make-Whole Calculations for Resource Type Other, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on August 11, 2015; and

·         Verifiable Cost Manual Revision Request (VCMRR) 007, Alignment with NPRR699, Energy Offer Curve Caps for Make-Whole Calculations for Resource Type Other, which was approved by the Technical Advisory Committee (TAC) on August 27, 2015.

On October 22, 2015, ERCOT will implement the following Nodal Protocol Revision Requests (NPRR):

·         NPRR595, RRS Load Resource Treatment in ORDC, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on December 9, 2014;

·         NPRR698, Clarifications to NPRR595, RRS Load Resource Treatment in ORDC, which was approved by the ERCOT Board on June 9, 2015;
