SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Notification of Suspension of Operations for Calpine Corporation (RE), CTL_GT_103

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  Comments due December 8, 2015

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT received a Notification of Suspension of Operations (NSO) for the following Generation Resource:

• Calpine Corporation (RE) – CTL_GT_103

The NSO indicates that the Resource will be mothballed indefinitely beginning February 22, 2016.  The NSO is posted under the Notice of Suspension of Operations portlet on the Grid/Generation page of the ERCOT Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.  An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.

ACTION REQUIRED: Please send any comments you may have regarding this Notification to [log in to unmask], with “Calpine Corporation (RE), CTL_GT_103 NSO Application” in the subject line.  Comments are due no later than December 8, 2015.  All comments will be posted to the Grid/Generation page of the MIS Secure Area.
