SHORT DESCRIPTION: Update to the CRR Network Model for the 2016.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq2 CRR Auction

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT has posted an updated Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Network Model for the 2016.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq2 CRR Auction. This update is being made to reflect the addition of a new Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC) to control a local voltage stability limit near the Garza – JL Bates 138 kV line.

The specific change being made to the Auction Model is as follows:

· The Non-Thermal Constraints files were updated to add the new GTC (LISTON), which is set to 265 MW.

The updated model is available through the CRR application and on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.
