SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Notice of Increase in System Administration Fee

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  All Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  January 1, 2016

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On October 14, 2015, the Public Utility Commission of Texas (PUCT) approved ERCOT’s 2016/2017 biennial budget, and authorized an increase in the System Administration Fee (Fee) from $0.4650/MWh to $0.5550/MWh, effective January 1, 2016.  On October 19, 2015, ERCOT grey-boxed the Fee Schedule in the Protocols with the new Fee, which will become effective January 1, 2016. 

ERCOT’s 2016/2017 biennial budget filing and other relevant documents in Project Number 38533, Review of ERCOT Budget, are available on the PUCT Interchange.
