LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT, in conjunction with the Retail Market Training Task Force (RMTTF) has developed a new instructor-led course, Retail 101. This course is designed for New Market Participants who have
never been involved in the ERCOT Competitive Retail Market or have taken on new roles in the Market. The audience includes Competitive Retailers, Transmission and Distribution Service Providers and PUCT staff. Retail 101, available on a regular basis beginning
February 9, 2016, provides a high level overview of the Retail Market focusing on the following topics:
