SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update to the CRR Network Models for the 2017.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq3 and the 2017.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq4 CRR Auctions

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has posted updated Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Network Models for the 2017.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq3 and the 2017.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq4 CRR Auctions. These updates are being made to reflect the corresponding changes for management of the constraint in real-time operations.

The specific change being made to the Auction Models is as follows:

· The Non-Thermal Constraints files were updated to increase the Molina GTC limit from 167 MW to 99999 MW.

The updated models are available through the CRR application and on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.
