DAY AFFECTED:  January 25, 2016

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On January 25, 2016 between 01:17 and 06:50, ERCOT experienced an outage of the GetReport functionality of External Web Services (EWS) which impacted the retrieval and downloading of reports and extracts.  The Market Information System (MIS) was not impacted.
