LONG DESCRIPTION:  The credit submission and auction bid windows for the 2017.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq4 Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction will be extended until 12:00:00 CPT on Friday, February 5, 2016. The VLSES_UNIT3 Settlement Point has been restored in this auction, and it is now biddable.

If a second round bid window is needed, it will open at 13:00:00 CPT on Friday, February 5, 2016, and will close at 12:00:00 CPT on Monday, February 8, 2016.
