DAY AFFECTED: April 5, 2016

LONG DESCRIPTION: The current ERCOT Frequency Bias of 707 MW/0.1Hz will remain in effect through 10:00 CDT on April 5, 2016, at which time the ERCOT Frequency Bias will change to 739 MW/0.1Hz per NERC Standard BAL-003-1, and will remain effective until further notice.
