SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update to the CRR Network Model for the 2016.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq1 CRR Auction

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRR Account Holders

DAY AFFECTED:  April 11, 2016

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has posted an updated Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Network Model for the 2016.2nd6.AnnualAuction.Seq1 CRR Auction. This update was made to reflect a change to the Panhandle Generic Transmission Constraint (GTC) due to upcoming network changes.

The specific change made to the Auction Model is as follows:

· The Non-Thermal Constraints files were updated to decrease the PNHNDL GTC limit from 99999 MW to 2713 MW.

The updated model is available through the CRR application and on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.
