SHORT DESCRIPTION: Rounding discrepancy related to implementation of NPRR419

DAY AFFECTED: April 12 and13, 2016

LONG DESCRIPTION: On April 12,2016, Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 419, Revise Real-Time Energy Imbalance and RMR Adjustment, was implemented. A rounding discrepancy related to the implementation has been identified for Operating Days April 12 and 13, 2016. The sum of each Qualified Scheduling Entity’s (QSE’s) Real-Time Energy Imbalance Amounts (RTEIAMT) may not equal the Real-Time Energy Imbalance Amount QSE Total (RTEIAMTQSETOT) on Initial Statements for the impacted Operating Days. For QSEs that have been impacted by the rounding discrepancy, the difference between the sum of the QSE’s RTEIAMT and the RTEIAMTQSETOT will range from -$0.55 to $0.35 per Operating Day. The issue was resolved effective Operating Day of April 14, 2016 and QSEs will see the corrections for the impacted Operating Days reflected in their Final Statements.
