SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update to the CRR Network Model for the 2017.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq2 CRR Auction

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has posted an updated Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Auction Network Model for the 2017.1st6.AnnualAuction.Seq2 CRR Auction on the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area. Due to a delay in the Model Ready Date for a new Generation Resource, the RHESS_1 Settlement Point has been removed from the monthly Sources and Sinks files for this auction.
