SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update - WebEx workshop related to NPRR515, Day-Ahead Market Self-Commitment of Generation Resources

LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT will host a WebEx workshop on the operational impacts related to Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 515, Day-Ahead Market Self-Commitment of Generation Resources.  This NPRR was approved by the ERCOT Board on July 16, 2013 and it is anticipated that it will be implemented during the June 2016 release.

NPRR515 implementation substantially affects the treatment of resource-specific offers in the Day-Ahead Market (DAM), and ERCOT suggests Qualified Scheduling Entities (QSEs) representing Resources attend this workshop.  Any interested party is also welcome to join this workshop.
