SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update - Posting of total counts of ESI IDs and kWh for each POLR class within each TDSP service territory

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has posted an updated report to properly reflect the total counts of ESI IDs and kWh for each POLR class in the Sharyland Utilities LP McAllen and Sharyland Utilities LP service territories.  The updated report, POLR Counts Energy 2016 Reporting Updated, can be found on the Retail Market Information page of the ERCOT website.

The original report mislabeled data for Sharyland Utilities LP and Sharyland Utilities LP McAllen territories. Data for these territories has been corrected and is included in the updated report.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Updated - Posting of total counts of ESI IDs and kWh for each POLR class within each TDSP service territory

DAY AFFECTED:  June 1, 2016

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has published updated total counts of active Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) as of March 31, 2016 that fall into each Provider of Last Resort (POLR) customer class (Residential, Small Non-Residential, Medium Non-Residential, and Large Non-Residential) within each TDSP service territory as well as the total kWh for each POLR customer class by TDSP service territory for the period April 1, 2015 through March 31, 2016. The posting can be found under “Key Documents” on the Retail Market Information page on the ERCOT website.

The most current POLR customer class assignment for each ESI ID by TDSP territory can be found in the TDSP ESI ID Extract FULL files that are scheduled to be posted by Wednesday, June 1, 2016.

ACTION REQUIRED:  CRs should use this information for their POLR eligibility filings to the PUCT for 2016.
