Our next meeting is 6/28/2016 beginning at 9:30 a.m. in Room #168 at the Met Center.  Following is the tentative agenda.

 

·       Discuss the individual data elements needed to create the GIC system model using the attached Guide

·       Develop questions concerning the use of the Siemens PTI module to create the GIC system model which will be sent to Siemens PTI if no one on the PGDTF has the answer

·       Discuss training on development of the GIC system model and use of the program

·       Discuss status of the ROS’ review of the Procedure Manual and PGRR046, Addition of Geomagnetically Induced Current (GIC) Model Building Requirements

·       Other topics

 

The attached GIC Application Guide should help in developing the data for the GIC system model.

 

Please send me any additional topics you want to add to the agenda.

 

I am sending this e-mail to the Transmission Owners list and Steady State Working Group list to inform all TSPs about the meeting because all TSPs are required to provide the data for their systems.
