SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Retail Transaction Processing Issue

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs

DAY AFFECTED:  July 19, 2016

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT ceased processing of retail transactions internally at approximately 10:58am.  Troubleshooting of the issue is ongoing.

ERCOT is continuing to receive transactions successfully thru NAESB during the issue.

An update will be provided when it becomes available.
