SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Update - Retail Transaction Processing Issue
INTENDED AUDIENCE:  CRs and TDSPs
DAY AFFECTED:  July 19, 2016
LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT began successfully processing all inbound and outbound transactions at approximately 1:50 pm.
Due to an ongoing issue, ERCOT is unable to generate outbound 997 Functional Acknowledgements at this time.  ERCOT will continue to troubleshoot and provide an update on resumption of 997 processing as soon as one becomes available.
