Attached are Oncor’s comments on the draft GIC System Model Procedure Manual in both a red-line version and final version.  These comments are on top of the PLWG’s comments. The final version was created by using create final version feature in track changes.  I did not create it by accepting the changes in the red-line version.  There are paging issues that we will need to correct after the ROS make their decision on the Manual.  Oncor’s changes are clerical in nature to clean up spelling, typos, etc. that appear when the final version is created.  ERCOT recommended using comments from Oncor to provide this version to the ROS so they can consider an edited version at their meeting.
