LONG DESCRIPTION:  On August 16, 2016 from 10:15 – 11:40 CDT, ERCOT experienced an issue with an individual registration system server.  The issue has been resolved.  During this timeframe the following services may have been impacted:

·         MarkeTrak

·         Find ESI ID

·         Find Transaction

ERCOT continued to successfully send and receive retail transactions for the duration.
