SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Notification of Change of Generation Resource Designation for Luminant Generation Company LLC, MARTIN LAKE SES, MLSES_UNIT2

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  October 1, 2016

LONG DESCRIPTION:  On September 14, 2016, ERCOT received a Notification of Change of Generation Resource Designation (NCGRD) for the following Generation Resource with an effective date of October 1, 2016:

• Luminant Generation Company LLC – MARTIN LAKE SES, MLSES_UNIT2

The NCGRD states that this Generation Resource, which had been designated to be mothballed under a Seasonal Operational Period, will change to operational status as of October 1, 2016. 

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  Pursuant to Section 3.14.1.9(2), ERCOT has posted the notification in the list titled “Notice of Change of Generation Resource Designation” on the Generation page of the Market Information System (MIS) Secure Area.  An ERCOT Digital Certificate is required to access the MIS.
