SHORT DESCRIPTION:  WebEx presentation of the Outage Scheduler Transition Plan

LONG DESCRIPTION:  The PR174-01 2015 Outage Scheduler Enhancements project combines the release of Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 219 (Resolution of Alignment Items A33, A92, A106, and A150 - TSPs Must Submit Outages for Resource Owned Equipment and Clarification of Changes in Status of Transmission Element Postings) and System Change Request (SCR) 783 (Outage Scheduler Enhancements -- Groups 2 and 3, Group Outage Usability and Filtering Enhancements) into one project.
This project is scheduled to be implemented on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 16:35 CDT. Note that implementation start and completion times may be delayed depending on system conditions at that time.
This WebEx presentation of the Outage Scheduler Transition Plan will discuss:

*         Procedures ERCOT will use for transferring all Transmission Facility Outages submitted by ERCOT on behalf of the QSEs over to the QSE.

*         Process QSEs will use to submit new and replacement Transmission Facility outages using the Outage Scheduler Interface.

*         Documentation procedures

*         General Transition Guidelines
