SHORT DESCRIPTION: WebEx presentation of the Outage Scheduler Transition Plan

LONG DESCRIPTION: The PR174-01 2015 Outage Scheduler Enhancements project combines the release of Nodal Protocol Revision Request (NPRR) 219 (Resolution of Alignment Items A33, A92, A106, and A150 - TSPs Must Submit Outages for
Resource Owned Equipment and Clarification of Changes in Status of Transmission Element Postings) and System Change Request (SCR) 783 (Outage Scheduler Enhancements -- Groups 2 and 3, Group Outage Usability and Filtering Enhancements) into one project.
This project is scheduled to be implemented on Monday, September 26, 2016 at 16:35 CDT. Note that implementation start and completion times may be delayed depending on system conditions at that time.
This WebEx presentation of the Outage Scheduler Transition Plan will discuss:

Procedures ERCOT will use for transferring all Transmission Facility Outages submitted by ERCOT on behalf of the QSEs over to the QSE.

Process QSEs will use to submit new and replacement
Transmission Facility outages using the Outage Scheduler Interface.
