SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Participation in the September 27, 2016 and September 28, 2016 Retail 101 and MarkeTrak training sessions in Houston is available via WebEx


DAY AFFECTED:  September 9, 2016

LONG DESCRIPTION:  Participation in upcoming Retail 101 and MarkeTrak training in Houston is available through WebEx.  Market Participants attending the course via WebEx may register through the ERCOT Learning Management System (LMS) and will receive the WebEx link in the registration confirmation email. 

On the day of the training, initiate the WebEx session by:

·         Opening the WebEx link provided in the LMS email notice received as confirmation of your registration or in the reminder email ERCOT will send to registered WebEx participants the day before the training.

The WebEx session may also be started by;

·         Logging into  your ERCOT LMS account

·         Click on “My Learner” and then “Scheduled Training”

·         WebEx session(s) will be listed (Retail 101 and/or MarkeTrak Training)

·         Select “RESUME” then “RUN” to initiate WebEx link

If you are currently signed up to attend in person but would like to attend via WebEx, please log into the LMS to update your registration by cancelling the previous registration and selecting Retail 101 via WebEx or MarkeTrak via WebEx accordingly.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  To enroll in a course, go to the ERCOT Training website at Select “Sign up” for the course you are interested or open the course page and select “Schedule/Registration” tab then select “Sign up” link.
