SHORT DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT response to proposed Temporary Outage Action Plan (TOAP)

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT has sent a response to a request from a Market Participant that ERCOT and ONCOR Electric Delivery Company consider a Temporary Outage Action Plan (TOAP) in the form of a Remedial Switching Action (RSA) to accommodate a planned transmission outage in East Texas.

Details of the request and ERCOT's response have been e-mailed to Authorized Representatives for all Market Participants.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  The response was sent to Authorized Representatives because the information is deemed to be secure and there was no suitable place on the secure area of the Market Information System (MIS) to post this information.
