LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT continues to build web-based market education courses as part of its market training program. It is our pleasure to announce the release of the following three additional courses:

Credit Management: This course is the web-based version of the instructor-led Credit Management course,
providing a comprehensive overview of the financial credit management process.

Congestion Revenue Rights Market:
This course is the web-based version of the instructor-led Congestion Revenue Rights course, introducing the market concepts for Congestion Revenue Rights in the ERCOT Nodal Market.

Retail 101:
This course is the web-based version of the instructor-led Retail 101 course. The course provides
an overview of the ERCOT retail market for Market Participants new to the ERCOT market or aspects of the market dealing with retail competition.

http://www.ercot.com/services/training/. Select the course you are interested in attending. On the “Schedule/Registration” tab, select the “Sign up” link to start registration or the “Launch” link to access
a web-based course.
