LONG DESCRIPTION: On February 20, 2017 starting at 11:15 CPT, ERCOT experienced an issue with the following impacts:

ERCOT’s Market Operations Test Environment (MOTE) is currently unavailable
·
The Market Information System (MIS) Find ESIID and Find Transaction functionality was degraded from 11:15 until 12:30 CDT
