LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage with the following impacts:

ERCOT was unable to send and receive transactions from the NAESB system from 5:51 PM to 7:12 PM, February 23, 2017. Retail MIS functionality was also unavailable during that time.

Retail processing was restored at 7:25 PM.

MarkeTrak was unavailable from 5:51 PM until 8:20 PM
