INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

 

DAY AFFECTED:  February 23, 2017

 

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage with the following impacts:

-       ERCOT was unable to send and receive transactions from the NAESB system from 5:51 PM to 7:12 PM, February 23, 2017.  Retail MIS functionality was also unavailable during that time.

-       Retail processing was restored at 7:25 PM.

-       MarkeTrak was unavailable from 5:51 PM until 8:20 PM
