LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT and the Retail Market Training Task Force (RMTTF) announce the addition of the Email Functionality module to the web-based MarkeTrak Application Training Course currently under development.  Market Participants can access the Email Functionality module and the previous modules of the MarkeTrak Application Training Course through ERCOT’s Learning Management System (LMS) using the links provided below:

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:  ERCOT offers a variety of instructor-led and web-based training courses to Market Participants.  You can review the list of market training courses currently offered by ERCOT on the Training page of the ERCOT website.   You can also review the schedule and location of each course as well as sign-up for any course being offered.  

To register in any of the instructor-led training courses, select the course you are interested in and use the “Sign up” link on the “Schedule/Registration” tab. 

To access any of the web-based training courses, select the course you are interested in and use the “Launch” link on the “Schedule/Registration” tab.
