LONG DESCRIPTION: ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage to the Market Information System (MIS) on April 15, 2017 from 11:17 AM to 12:00 PM. All services available through the MIS
were unavailable during the outage, including the following:
• Market submissions and requests via External Web Services (EWS), Market Manager and Outage Scheduler
• Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS and External Web Services (EWS)
• Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)
• Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Market User Interface
• Find ESIID and Find Transaction
• MPIM
• Market Data Transparency (MDT) Web Services
• Extract Subscriber
• eService
