INTENDED AUDIENCE:  ERCOT Market Participants

DAY AFFECTED:  April 15, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced an unplanned outage to the Market Information System (MIS) on April 15, 2017 from 11:17 AM to 12:00 PM.  All services available through the MIS were unavailable during the outage, including the following:

*           Market submissions and requests via External Web Services (EWS), Market Manager and Outage Scheduler

*           Downloading of extracts and reports from the MIS and External Web Services (EWS)

*           Net Dependable Capability and Reactive Capability (NDCRC)

*           Congestion Revenue Right (CRR) Market User Interface

*           Find ESIID and Find Transaction

*           MPIM

*           Market Data Transparency (MDT) Web Services

*           Extract Subscriber

*           eService
