SHORT DESCRIPTION:  Retail Transaction Processing issue

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  TDSPs and CRs

DAY AFFECTED:  April 12 – 13, 2017

LONG DESCRIPTION:  ERCOT experienced a degradation in the performance of retail transaction processing from April 12, 2017 at 3:20 AM until April 13, 2017 at 12:10 PM for 814_26 transactions.  Currently 129 impacted transactions have been identified.  ERCOT will follow up with impacted Market Participants if more exceptions are found.

All transactions have been processed at this time.
